Some blogs with corresponding IG/FB content that links back to the website and a blog TikTok video as well. Created all graphics and curated photos and images used in each blog.
Printed postcard that was sent to neighbors and Juliette's database. These postcards were sent monthly to her database and to various farms (areas of L.A that she works heavily in).
Whenever there is a property tour video, I was in charge of posting it to IG,FB, TikTok and YouTube. Then, I would link them all together and to email blasts and such to gain traffic to those videos. which then lead to sales and business alliances.
I had to create content daily for all social media platforms, and some of the work I posted would be nice graphics and videos for active listings. This was to remind people of what we have going on and what properties they could purchase or just look at for viewing pleasure.
